Jackson (aka Helix)

Hi Jenilee,

I thought I should check in and let you know how Jackson (aka Helix) is doing; first off and most obvious is the name change. He didn’t quite seem like a Helix to us so after many days of Helix, Felix, Jasper, Bear, and few others I can’t remember; we settled on Jackson. He’s adjusted well to city life; walking on the leash, enjoying the off leash park; roaming our back garden all within the shadow of our older Golden Howie.

By far Jackson’s favourite time has been spent at our house in the mountains enjoying absolutely all activities including daily swims in the river. Many times it’s difficult getting him to come out of the water as he seems to feel that he’s more aquatic than a land dweller. He’s been a great addition to our family and it’s hard to believe he’s only been with us for a few short months.
