River

Hello!

Just touching base to let you know that River is adapting very well to her new home, she's a great dog!

Thanks,

Jana

Bear (a.k.a. Andre)

I don't know if you remember me, but I adopted Bear, also known in your organization as Andre the Giant, back in January. I thought after 4 months, you might appreciate an update on him. I've attached a picture of him below .... and yes, that's me. This was taken the day after a grooming but you can't tell from the photo cuz I'm kind of smothering him. He is doing very well and me and my girls love him immensely (as does our nanny who now lives with us). He is so easy-going and laid back ... we've affectionately dubbed him "the area rug". Most, if not all, my friends have voted him "best dog in the world". I am so glad that I kept this awesome guy! He requires so little yet gives so much ... but I hope you can tell from the photo that he is not lacking in the receiving of affection!!! And he's so good with my girls ~ especially the younger one who seems to think he is her personal dress up doll and plaything (should take some pics of that one day!!!) Anyway, thanks again for all your patience during the adoption process ... it was a crazy time but I have not for one single minute regretted my final decision!!! All the best in your continued efforts!!!
Sincerely,
Lori, Kennedy, Sierra & Bear

Bingo (aka Frodo)

Bingo is LOVING IT. He has settled right in....it is almost like he has lived here his whole life. He hangs out whereever we are. He like to help in the yard and play in the playground. He fetches anything we throw to him and brings it back aboout half of the time. He loves to explore down by our creek and trie to chase bubbles or sticks that are floating in the water. We have heard him bark twice and that is it.

He is a great dog and we are blessed to have him in our lives. We have all fallen in love with him and I know he loves us too.

A heartfelt THANK YOU for letting us adopt him.

Pete, Shauna and Tanner

Junie

Luc and I adopted Junie (a purebred red nosed pit bull) about a month ago.

She loves everyone and this is evident because she won't stop licking your face also she is a puppy so she chews on everything. Junie is very intelligent and with Luc's daily training regime she is learning fast. She is a huge suck and she sneaks into our bed at night, she loves to cuddle.

Junie and Ara get along very well, they have learned to share their water and our affection. Some of the time Ara has to be the wiser old sister and walk away from certain situations.

She is our little June bug, but she burps, farts and sleeps on her back like a man.
